The Calling Card System
Some key features of the Calling Card System:
• Upload a list of students, or sync students directly with the JLS system
• Each student has their own PIN number/Account used to make calls.
• You can choose the cost amount of calls per minute
• Dedicated number to fill up their kids balances through entering the pin # and cc info
• Option to allow unlimited calling without a restriction to account balance
• Ability to view all accounts, calls placed, and credits available on each account
• You can manually add credit to accounts on the web portal
• You can restrict numbers that can be called with following capabilities
1) white list - a list of numbers allowed (all other numbers will be blocked)
2) black list - a list of numbers that will be blocked (all other numbers will be allowed)
3) JLS integration that students should only be able to call the numbers connected in their JL account .
• Ability to close or open each or all phones manually.
• Ability to set time restrictions by class or by phone on a weekly schedule.
• Option to set up one phone number for all phones, or multiple phone numbers.
• Full support on the system where you can send or call in a request and our tech can setup what you need
• Custom additions can be developed
The PA and Bell Systems
Some key features of the School Public Announcement & Bell System:
• Ability to upgrade our existing speakers (IE your old bogen system)
• Ability to page any class - or group class on demand
• Ability to schedule bells with any sound file to play on a schedule
• Ability to have an external dial in number to reach all classes and paging groups.
• Full support on the system where you can send or call in a request and our tech can setup what you need
• Ability to integrate with JL to be able to page classes and students directly from JLS system
